Doodled the Google
A primary school student Vaisnawi Harulnathan of SJK (T) Vallambrosa, Klang has made the entire Indian Malaysia community proud by winning the International doodle logo competition in Google 4 Doodle (age 7-9) category.
Vaisnawi was chosen as winner by the world famous search engine Google team for her creativity in producing the most favored Google doodle logo in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2014 and Malaysia Day with the theme “Malaysia to me is…”
Vaisnawi’s doodle logo was evaluated base of 3 aspects such as ‘Artistic Merit’ where the display of quality and skill in producing the doodle. ‘Creativity’ and ‘Theme Communication’ were other required aspects where Vaisnawi is required to incorporate the Google logo into the illustration and she has to express the theme in her artwork.
Choong Bee Yee, SJK(C) Chung Kwok – KL, Tan Siew En, SRJK(C) Khai Chee – KL, Mia Chong, SJK(C) Lok Yuk – Sabah, Muhammad Akmal Najmi Bin Mohd Azmil, SK Desa Cemerlang – Johor are among the 5 finalists out many that has submitted their doodle work of art since April and were shortlisted by the Malaysia Google team.
The other finalist equally created an astounding artwork with creativity and proficiently. However the general public has stated their choice via online voting as well as the international Google web designing team was delighted with the work of Vaisnawi Harulnathan of SJK (T) Vallambrosa, Klang.
Usually the Google doodle is designed by a team of illustrators and engineers. More than 2000 doodles was created and we Indian Malaysian are proud that our Vaisnawi Harulnathan creation is part of the world renowned.
This young pupil has shown to us the Indian Malaysia that age is not a barrier to accomplish greatness. We are proud of Vaisnawi Harulnathan and looking for many more to unveil their potential. Teachers, parents and community holds responsible to ensure more of such success.
