Showcase Of Tamil Heritage And Historical Achievement
Thadam is a brand new fangled documentary program that will showcase the footsteps of the Tamil heritage and historical achievement. This documentary will center the attention on the accomplishment of the great Tamil kings who conquered far-off regions and carved their dynasties in magnificent ancient infrastructures.
The Three Crowned Kings who known as Muventhar refer to triumvirate of Chola, Chera and Pandya who conquered the politics of the prehistoric Tamilakam from their three countries as Chola Nadu and Pandya Nadu, the present Madurai and Tirunelvali and Chera Naadu, the present Kerala. They signaled a time of amalgamation and political identity for the Tamil natives.
After 3 years of committed hard toiled and researches with scholars from India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore and other places, Thadam was finally launched on Tamil New Year which is also known as Chittirai Puthandu on 14 April 2015 at the Temples of Fine Arts, Brickfields.
Furthermore, Thadam is concerned more on The Pallava Empire and Chalukya Empire. During Pallava Empire ruling, Kanchipuram became a core for elevated education. In addition, they are known for their architectural superiority in temples in Kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram. Chalukya Empire who was chiefly based in Karnataka saw the dawn of a new fangled chic of architecture known as the Chalukyan architecture. This can be seen at the Virupaksha Temple and Mallikarjuna Temple which residing in Pattadakal, Karnataka.
